Shipping

"Product in stock" items are sent by regular mail (Canada Post) within 48hrs of your order. You should then receive your goods within 2 to 5 business days.

If you want to take advantage of an expedited delivery, you can select the option of your choice. Please note that this option may incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for any delayed deliveries for reasons unrelated to our work. In case of delay in delivery, we will attempt to notify you. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on purchases of $150 or more; variable delivery fees on purchases of $150 or less (for the province of Quebec and the rest of Canada). Delivery charges will be added to the price of your purchases before the final confirmation.

Delivery to a third party

You can have a purchase delivered directly to another person at no additional cost.

When you make the payment, simply enter your own address (to which we will send you the paper invoice for your purchases) in "billing address" and in "delivery address" the address of the customer to whom you wish the items to be delivered.

Return / exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)

*Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

*Any item that is returned over 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@moovactivewear.com.

Sale items (if any)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. You can, however, exchange them.

Exchanges (if any)

If you wish to exchange your product, click here and follow the procedures for obtaining an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you have returned the article.


Purchasing Policy

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of items. All prices displayed are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per transaction. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in whole or in part at our discretion. If this happens, you will be contacted and notified of the situation.

Payment security

Moov Activewear uses the Shopify system to carry out transactions safely. You do not need to hold a Shopify account to make a payment on the site, credit cards are accepted, and the site is secured accordingly. Shopify offers you the possibility to make your payment by credit card safely. Your card or bank account numbers are never seen by the merchant. Shopify is very safe and committed to protecting the information of its users.

The confidentiality and security of your personal information is a priority for us. Any information you submit through Moov Activewear will be kept confidential and will only be used by Moov Activewear.

Cancellation of an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it is ready for shipping. To do this, please contact us promptly to notify us of the cancellation of your order.

 

New-Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Program

 When you purchase your very first MOOV Activewear shorts, capris, or leggings you can try them out for 2 weeks and return them to us if you are not satisfied. To find out if you are eligible for this program, simply call MOOV Activewear customer service before you make a purchase.

If you choose to use the Satisfaction Guarantee, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us. You will be refunded in full, minus the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. We will issue a refund once we have received your returned item.

For an exchange, note that the usual return conditions apply (unworn with label, etc.). Refer to the Returns section for more information.

Each NEW customer use the Satisfaction Guarantee one time only. Customers who have already purchased a MOOV Activewear product are not eligible.

*Returned worn items will be donated to charities supporting women.
